Thank you for registering for the 2020 Travel Nunavut AGM & Conference. We can’t wait to see you next week.

We want to make sure your event participation is as smooth as possible….given its 2020.

Here are a few items to get you started.

You can participate either via phone or directly online. We encourage online participation as much as possible for the best possible experience. However, we know bandwidth or other factors may limit this.

If you are participating online, please remember to mute your mic. Also remember to stand up and stretch too!

At the end of each day or early in the morning, please watch for the presentations to be shared in your email. The set up of the room will not allow for a full visual of the room but you will be able to see the presenter.

3 – Conference Website

The program outline on the website is the most up to date, noting we’ve had a few changes. Most notably is the location for those participating in Person.

The conference sessions will now be at the Frobisher Inn.

This is a change from what was originally scheduled. For those who are attending the Black Heart Cafe opening reception, who are staying at the Frobisher Inn, please meet in the lobby at 6:55PM on Monday, October 19 for transportation to the Black Heart Cafe.

Please refer to the AGM website for the most up to date program as that will be the one that’s updated if changes occur during the week.
