Trek across caribou country, and discover the playground of the Inuit. This is your chance to travel with a daypack across the Arctic landscape until you reach a cabin where you will spend the night with your group. During the three to four hours hike, you will encounter rock embankments, fields of native herbs and flowers, tidal marshlands, ancient Inuit camping grounds, and summits where you can scan the Arctic Ocean. Upon your arrival, take the rest of the day to explore the area, try your luck at fishing on the small lake close to the camp, or sit back and enjoy a good book while your guide prepares the meal. With night closing in, warm up beside the camp fire, listen to stories and legends, and, with a little luck, the aurora borealis will dance in the sky for you. The next morning, after a delicious breakfast, you will journey back to the capital. Book this package
